Holland Parker’s proprietary engagement process ensures that your business processes are modeled effectively within the Texo software.
Discovery:
Our professional services team works with you to identify the business processes that could be automated using Texo. Good candidates for automation include new customer onboarding, monthly expense reconciliation, Dodd-Frank regulatory compliance, internal audit controls and order process management just to name a few.
Modeling:
After identifying and documenting the potential business processes, Holland Parker translates the entire process to a visual representation of the business process.
This process serves two important purposes:
- It provides a single source of documentation for your business processes, and
- It allows you to see how Texo fits in with your organization and your business processes.
Configuration Phase:
The next step in the process is to configure Texo within your environment. Texo was created with flexibility in mind and can conform to your IT department’s technology processes very easily. Texo is certified to run on a variety of industry standard hardware and software platforms.
What does this mean to you? It means that Texo can integrate with your environment quickly so we stay focused on the business process modeling implementation.
Customization Phase:
After Texo has been installed into your environment, Holland Parker begins setting up the business process as a model process within Texo. Because Texo is a framework each process in Texo can be highly customized to fit your needs. Once a process is modeled within Texo we will spend time unit testing the process to be sure it performs as expected before moving it into your production environment.
Transition Phase:
Once Texo has been implemented our team will transition the documentation and administrative tasks to your internal team, ensuring a smooth transition from our professional services team to your team.
